Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll get an email when your order ships.

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• United States & Canada: 6–12 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of world: 8–16 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays can occur.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before payment, in USD. Orders of $55.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. A flat rate applies below that threshold.

Where the service supports it, a tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimate above, contact support@matrixph.shop. We’ll open an enquiry with the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or full refund.

Inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery; re-delivery postage may apply.
