By placing an order you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

We sell generic, unbranded physical storage and accessories for practice rooms. Product images are illustrative; colours may vary slightly between screens and batches. We do not sell services, installation or any work on heating, gas or pressurised systems through this store.

• Adding items to the cart is an invitation to order, not a binding contract.
• A contract forms when we send an order confirmation email.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any payment taken.

All prices are shown in USD and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply at delivery. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We must receive full payment before we dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for processing times, carriers, duties and handling of lost or damaged parcels.

You may return eligible items within 14 days. Full conditions and the refund process are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

• Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Do not resell our products as certified, protective or licensed goods — they are generic accessories.

We provide our products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
